Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had quite small but clean and practical rooms. There was a burn in the carpet, likely from a cigarette, and some noise from a loud fan or generator that I could hear all night. Despite that, the room was fresh and clean, but not as big as expected.
The hotel had well-decorated rooms, though on the small side, which is common in Europe. The Club offered a nice late afternoon hangout spot. Our room needed updating, and the bed was uncomfortable with a thin mattress. The breakfast was okay, lacking hot options, but the bar and wifi were good with friendly staff.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The room was comfortable, with great storage space and even a coffee machine that we loved. However, it would have been nice to have an iron and a board in the room. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff providing us with an information pack on things to do in Budapest. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city surrounded by cafes and shops. The dining experience was superb with a wide selection of delicious items. Overall, a fantastic choice for my stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was poor and had a small bathroom. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was okay but lacked hot options. On the positive side, the bar and wifi were good, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the construction noise from the adjacent site and early deliveries disrupted the peace. The hotel struggled to accommodate our luggage properly.
The hotel is situated in a prime location, surrounded by a vibrant shopping street, cafes, and restaurants. It offers a perfect base for both business travelers and leisure guests. While the current street closures made parking challenging, the proximity to various attractions and the inclusive snacks and drinks area add great value to the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The Privilege Lounge access with daily happy hours was a nice touch, but the tired room decor was a downside that even sparkling wine couldn't mask. The service was excellent overall, although there were occasional lapses in room cleanliness. The hotel's incredible location in the city center was a major highlight, perfect for exploring the vibrant surroundings. Dining options were somewhat limited, but the homemade products were a standout feature.
